Pay for the connected accounts you use, never for the connectors you enable. fastn builds, tests, and keeps your connectors running.
A connected account is one of your customers, authorised to one system. An integration can span several, and each system it reaches is one connected account. Connectors, workflows and seats are unlimited on every plan.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Launch is free forever and includes 3 connected accounts, unlimited connectors and workflows, one production environment plus a sandbox, and 50 agent runs a month, with no sales call required.
How much does the Scale plan cost?
Scale is $500/mo, which includes your first 10 connected accounts. 10 is the minimum for this plan. Additional connected accounts are a flat $50 per account per month, with no negotiation needed.
What happens to my 3 free accounts when I upgrade?
Nothing is billed retroactively. Scale replaces the Launch allowance rather than adding to it: the $500 covers your first 10 connected accounts, and the 3 you had on Launch are part of those 10. You only pay the flat $50 per account once you pass 10.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise pricing is custom, negotiated on your connected-account volume. Volume discounts start at this tier. Contact sales to discuss volume pricing, caps, and terms.
What is a connected account?
A connected account is one of your customers, authorised to one third-party system. It is not the same thing as an integration. An integration can span several systems, and every system it reaches is a connected account: a flow that reads Salesforce, drafts an invoice in NetSuite and posts to Slack is one integration running on three connected accounts. The connector is what fastn builds and maintains, one per system, and enabling it costs nothing until one of your customers actually connects.
Do I pay per connector or per workflow?
No. You pay per connected account. All tiers have unlimited connectors and workflows.
Are team seats limited?
No. Team seats are unlimited on every plan, including Launch.
What is an agent run, and how many do I get?
No, it is not an API call, and API calls are not metered. An agent run is one execution of a fastn agent doing integration work, and there are four kinds: building a connector, testing it, fixing it after a break, and, on Enterprise, adapting it ahead of an upstream change. Launch includes 50 agent runs a month for building and testing. Scale includes 1,000 a month and adds reactive fixes. Enterprise runs on a negotiated pool and adds proactive adaptation.
How do I estimate my monthly cost?
Count the systems your customers will actually connect, not the integrations you plan to build and not the connectors you enable. Take your number of customers, multiply by the systems a typical one connects, and that is your connected-account count. Twenty customers connecting two systems each is 40 connected accounts: on Scale that is $500 for the first 10, plus 30 at $50, so $2,000 a month. Enabling a hundred more connectors in the catalogue changes none of it.
What happens on Launch when an integration breaks?
You always find out: broken integrations show in your status view on every plan, including Launch. On Launch you fix them yourself. On Scale, fastn's agents fix breaks for you reactively. On Enterprise, proactive maintenance adapts integrations before breaks happen.
What is a workflow?
A workflow is a sequence of steps that runs across a customer's connected systems: read a record from one, transform it, write it to another, on a trigger you choose. You build a workflow once and it runs separately for every customer, under their own credentials and their own field mapping. Workflows are unlimited on every plan; what is metered is how often they run, which is a workflow run.
What is a workflow run?
A workflow run is one execution of a workflow or a sync. Launch includes 1,000 workflow runs a month. Scale includes a per-connected-account allowance with transparent flat overage; Enterprise caps are discussed with sales.
What security do I get on the lower plans?
SOC 2 Type II and encrypted credential storage apply to every plan, including Launch. Scale adds role-based access, and Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit log export, dedicated infrastructure, and data residency.
Can I remove fastn branding from the embedded UI?
White-label embedding is an Enterprise feature. Launch and Scale use the fastn-branded embed.
