What is an integration, and what does it include?
An integration links your product to an app your customers use, such as HubSpot or Slack. It is made of these parts:

Everything except customer connections is unlimited on every plan.
What is a customer connection?
One customer signed in to one app through your product. A customer who connects Salesforce and Slack uses two. Three customers who each connect HubSpot use three. Sandbox connections do not count. Launch includes 3. Scale includes 10, then $50 a month for each one after that.
Is anything metered besides customer connections?
No. There are no per-call, per-run or per-task fees. AI credits apply only when fastn's builder agent builds or tests an integration for you. Each plan has a rate limit and a cap on workflows running at once. If you reach one, requests wait briefly or queue. Nothing fails and nothing is charged.
What happens to my 3 free customer connections when I upgrade?
Nothing is billed retroactively. The $500 Scale fee covers your first 10 customer connections, including the 3 you had on Launch. The $50 rate applies from the 11th connection.
What are AI credits, and how many do I get?
AI credits cover the model cost when fastn's builder agent creates or tests an integration for you. One credit is about 10 cents of model usage. Launch includes 50 a month and Scale 1,000. Enterprise plans use your own model key, so there is no cap. Building with Claude, Cursor or any MCP client never uses credits.
Can I build with Claude or Cursor instead of fastn's agents?
Yes. Connect Claude, Cursor, Codex or any MCP client to fastn and build, run and manage integrations from there. This is unlimited on every plan and uses your own model, not AI credits.
What is a sandbox connection?
A connection made in your sandbox environment for building and testing. Sandbox connections are free up to each plan's allowance, expire after 30 days and never count as customer connections. When the same customer connects in production, that becomes a customer connection.
How do I estimate my monthly cost?
Multiply your customers by the apps each one connects. Twenty customers connecting two apps each is 40 customer connections. On Scale that is $500 for the first 10 plus 30 at $50, so $2,000 a month. As you grow, Enterprise pricing is customised to your volume, with discounts per connection as your count rises.
What happens when an integration breaks?
Breaks show under Monitor, in Reporting and Alerts, on every plan. On Launch and Scale your team fixes them, and the builder agent can help. On Enterprise the maintainer agent detects the break, writes and tests the fix, and ships it under your SLA.
Can I remove fastn branding from the embedded UI?
Yes, on Enterprise, which includes white-label embedding. Launch and Scale show fastn branding in the widget.
